  • Comply with all applicable laws, including the Transport Law of Cameroon.

  • Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and notifying us immediately if unauthorized access occurs.

  • Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activities.


4. Booking and Payments


a. Booking Process

  • Users can book tickets through the Bus237 app or website by selecting their desired route, travel date, and seat.

  • Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the relevant bus agency.


b. Payment

  • Payments must be completed securely using the methods provided on our platform.

  • Prices are displayed in local currency and may include applicable taxes and fees.


c. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Cancellation policies vary by bus agency and will be communicated during the booking process.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the bus agency’s terms.


d. Payment Disputes

  • Any disputes regarding payments should be directed to complaints@bus237.com within seven (7) days of the transaction.


5. User Responsibilities


When using our Services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and updated information.

  • Respect the rights of other users and bus agencies.

  • Refrain from using the Services for fraudulent or illegal activities.

Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in account suspension or legal action.

6. Prohibited Activities

You are prohibited from:

  • Misusing or interfering with the operation of our Services.

  • Circumventing security measures.

  • Uploading harmful or unlawful content.

  • Impersonating another individual or entity.

  • Using automated systems to extract data or disrupt Services without authorization.


7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain uninterrupted access to our Services but cannot guarantee continuous operation due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances. Bus237 is not liable for service interruptions beyond our control.


8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and other materials on the Bus237 platform are the intellectual property of Cowries Money Co Ltd. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute this content without our written permission.


9. Liability Disclaimer

Bus237 acts as a booking intermediary and is not responsible for:

  • Delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by bus agencies.

  • Lost or damaged personal items during travel.

  • Errors or inaccuracies in route or schedule information provided by bus agencies.

  • The behavior or conduct of passengers or third parties during travel.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bus237 disclaims all warranties and liabilities related to the use of our Services.


10. User-Generated Content

Any content you upload or submit to our platform, such as reviews or feedback, must comply with our guidelines. We reserve the right to remove inappropriate content and to use submitted content to improve our Services.


11. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute:

  • Users should contact us at complaints@bus237.com to seek resolution.

  • Disputes will be governed by the laws of Cameroon.

  • Parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action.


12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Services at our sole discretion, including for violations of these Terms or applicable laws. Users may also terminate their accounts by contacting us at help@bus237.com.
