Users can book tickets through the Bus237 app or website by selecting their desired route, travel date, and seat.
Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the relevant bus agency.
Payments must be completed securely using the methods provided on our platform.
Prices are displayed in local currency and may include applicable taxes and fees.
Cancellation policies vary by bus agency and will be communicated during the booking process.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the bus agency’s terms.
Any disputes regarding payments should be directed to complaints@bus237.com within seven (7) days of the transaction.
When using our Services, you agree to:
Provide accurate and updated information.
Respect the rights of other users and bus agencies.
Refrain from using the Services for fraudulent or illegal activities.
Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in account suspension or legal action.
You are prohibited from:
Misusing or interfering with the operation of our Services.
Circumventing security measures.
Uploading harmful or unlawful content.
Impersonating another individual or entity.
Using automated systems to extract data or disrupt Services without authorization.

Bus237 acts as a booking intermediary and is not responsible for:
Delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by bus agencies.
Lost or damaged personal items during travel.
Errors or inaccuracies in route or schedule information provided by bus agencies.
The behavior or conduct of passengers or third parties during travel.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bus237 disclaims all warranties and liabilities related to the use of our Services.
Any content you upload or submit to our platform, such as reviews or feedback, must comply with our guidelines. We reserve the right to remove inappropriate content and to use submitted content to improve our Services.
In the event of a dispute:

Disputes will be governed by the laws of Cameroon.
Parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action.
