Are the bus agencies on Bus237 reliable?

All bus agencies listed on Bus237 are vetted for reliability by the Ministry Of Transport in Cameroon. We strive to ensure that our partners provide high-quality service to our customers. That is why we recommend your feedback, which will help us communicate it to the agencies.

Is Bus237 available nationwide in Cameroon?

Yes, Bus237 operates nationwide, allowing you to book tickets for all major cities and regions in Cameroon, including Bamenda, Yaounde, Douala, Buea, Limbe, and beyond.

What does Bus237 mean by complimentary services?

Bus237 provide, as part of its policy, a drink (Water or soft drink) and biscuits or a snack to all its customers at the start of their journey. This is our way of saying "Thank You".

What if my mobile phone number changes after booking?

If your phone number changes, please contact our support team to update your details and ensure you receive your ticket confirmation.

How do I know if my payment was successful?

After a successful payment, you will receive an SMS confirmation with your ticket details. You will also see a confirmation message on the app.

Can I book a ticket last minute?

Yes, you can book a ticket at the last minute, as long as there are available seats on the bus. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred seat.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No, you do not need to print your ticket. Your SMS confirmation is all you need to collect your ticket from our booking stand to board the bus.

Can I change or cancel my ticket after booking?

Ticket changes or cancellations depend on the bus agency's policies. Please check the terms and conditions at the time of booking for more information. Bus237 does not support refunds after cancellations if the ticket has already been purchased by Bus237 from the agency.

How will I receive my ticket confirmation?

Your ticket confirmation will be sent to you via SMS and Push Notifications (over the internet). You do not need an internet connection to receive your ticket. Tickets are also sent to the email address used to register your account.

How can I book a bus ticket with Bus237?

Simply download the Bus237 app, select your departure and destination, choose your bus and travel time, and complete your booking by paying with Mobile Money or a credit or debit card. Your ticket will be sent directly to your phone via SMS and email.

What payment methods are accepted?

You can make payments via Mobile Money (for local transactions) or use international credit or debit cards for secure payment processing. We DO NOT take payments via WhatsApp chats or will ever request your Mobile Money number to book your ticket.

How do I contact customer support?

You can reach our customer support team through the Help & Support section of the app or by emailing us at info@bus237.com. You can also contact the Stand number from the agency you purchase you ticket.

Does Bus237 charge a booking fee?

Yes, Bus237 charges a booking fee when you are booking your ticket using the Bus237 app. This is added directly to the payment with your ticket under the title "Fees".

Can I use Bus237 without an internet connection?

You will need internet access to download the Bus237 app, complete the booking process, and make payments. Bus237 send tickets booked using local network carriers which does not need access to the internet.

Can I track my bus journey?

Currently, we do not offer real-time tracking of buses. However, you can refer to your bus's scheduled departure time and contact the bus agency for any updates

Can my ticket be booked from abroad?

Yes, Bus237 also allows you to book tickets for cross-border for friends or relatives travelling. You will need to have an account with Bus237 and the ticket booked in your name using your contact information.

What happens if I don't receive my ticket confirmation?

If you do not receive your ticket via SMS, please check your network signal and try again. If the issue persists, contact the agency stand from which the ticket was purchased or our customer support team for assistance providing the stand your ticket was purchased.

Can I use the app to book a ticket for someone else?

Yes, you can book tickets for family, friends, or colleagues by only making payments within their accounts. Please, you cannot use your account to book another person's ticket on Bus237. If you do this, the ticket will not be valid and may not be accepted to board the bus.

Do I need to have an internet connection to receive my ticket?

No, your ticket confirmation is sent via SMS, so you can receive it even without internet access. We also issue tickets via email and you can also see your bookings on your dashboard.

Is it safe to make payments through Bus237?
