1. No Refunds Policy

  • Tickets purchased through Bus237 are non-refundable under normal circumstances.

  • Users are advised to carefully review all booking details, including travel date, time, and bus agency, before completing their purchase.


2. Exceptional Refund Circumstances

Refunds may be granted at the sole discretion of Bus237 under the following conditions:


a. Natural Disasters

  • If a natural disaster (e.g., floods, landslides, or earthquakes) directly prevents the user from traveling or causes a trip cancellation, users may be eligible for a refund.


b. Illness or Medical Emergencies

  • If a passenger cannot travel due to a severe illness or medical emergency, a refund request may be considered. In such cases, the following must be provided:

    • A valid medical certificate from a licensed healthcare provider.

    • Proof of booking and other relevant details.


3. Refund Process

  • To request a refund under the above circumstances, users must contact us at complaints@bus237.com within 48 hours of the travel date.

  • Refund requests must include:

    • Full name and contact details.

    • Booking reference number.

    • Supporting documentation (e.g., medical certificates, official notices of natural disasters).


4. Refund Approvals

  • Bus237 reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests at its sole discretion.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving all required documentation.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used at the time of booking.


5. Non-Eligible Refund Scenarios

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind or personal reasons.

  • Late arrival at the departure point.

  • Incorrect booking details provided by the user.

  • Delays or cancellations caused by third-party bus agencies.
