Bus237 is committed to ensuring a smooth and reliable ticketing process for all users. This Tickets Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to purchasing, using, and managing tickets on our platform. By purchasing a ticket through Bus237, you agree to comply with this policy.


1. Non-Transferable Tickets

  • Tickets purchased through Bus237 are strictly non-transferable.

  • The name on the ticket must match the account holder’s details as registered in the Bus237 system.


2. Ticket Purchase Requirements

  • Tickets must be booked using the registered email address and contact number of the account holder.

  • Account details provided during registration must match those provided for ticket purchase.

  • Any discrepancies in account and ticket details may result in the ticket being deemed invalid.


3. Ticket Collection

  • Customers must collect their tickets from the Bus237 stand located in or around the respective bus agency at least one (1) hour before the scheduled travel time.

  • Failure to collect tickets within the stipulated time may result in forfeiture of the booking without a refund.


4. Customer Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring they have their tickets before boarding the bus.

  • Tickets must be presented upon request at boarding points or during travel. Failure to do so may result in denied access to travel services.


5. Issues with Ticket Delivery

  • If a ticket confirmation email or SMS is not received, the customer must report the issue to the Bus237 stand or contact Bus237 support at help@bus237.com within one (1) hour of the failed delivery.

  • Customers must provide booking reference details and relevant contact information when reporting ticket-related issues.


6. Prohibited Purchases

  • All tickets must be purchased directly through the official Bus237 systems (mobile app, website, or authorized agents).

  • Tickets purchased through third-party vendors or unauthorized platforms will not be valid for travel.


7. Changes or Cancellations

  • Any changes or cancellations must comply with the specific bus agency’s policy as displayed during the booking process.

  • Additional fees may apply for changes or cancellations, subject to agency rules.


8. Lost or Damaged Tickets

  • Customers must safeguard their tickets. Bus237 is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets.

  • Replacement of lost tickets is at the discretion of the bus agency and may incur additional charges.
